Sprek training

Hev Nivået AS was founded in 2016 and has its headquarters in Kongsberg. The company offers two brands within fitness and health. Feelgood and Sprek are built around personal follow-up to ensure that our members enjoy a holistic training experience. Our centers therefore have a large social area where mental health is in focus, along with healthy food and drink options, either before or after a workout.

Sprek Trening was established in May 2025. Right in the heart of Kongsberg, you’ll find our fitness center with state-of-the-art facilities, the best training equipment on the market from Technogym, personal training, group classes, running sessions, and more... We may not be the traditional Norwegian gym. Come and try us out – you won’t be disappointed. Sprek has a membership cap of 700. This ensures we can maintain a high level of service while minimizing waiting times and queues at the center.

Sprek Café is also open to non-members who want to enjoy our beautiful, modern facilities in the best location in town. We serve coffee, smoothies, and, in time, healthy light meals.
