Only the start-up session is booked by you, new appointments are booked by your psychologist.

You get new appointments with your psychologist

  • After the initial counselling session has been completed, your psychologist will give you appointments as needed. You will receive an SMS reminder for these. You do not need to book more appointments yourself.

  • If you've already had one or more sessions and haven't received a new appointment, you can log in to your Braive account and send a message to your psychologist to request an appointment.
