Remember to cancel to avoid fees

  • Cancellation of appointment is done at "Min side" (My page) in Physica timebestilling. You may also call our Healthline if you need help cancelling (see telephone number in the bottom).

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment starts.

  • You will receive a fee of NOK 350 if you do not show up for your appointment or give notice too late.

  • Have you become ill during the night? Call SSN's Healthline and let them know as soon as possible. You will get help finding a new appointment.
